Do not recommend

This book is loaded with jargon and conspiracy. This is not a book about curing eczema.

The author even pushes the tired, old, dangerous, widely and universally discredited “vaccinations are to blame” theory and references some chiropractor in Michigan. Go watch a handful of “Eczema and dietary fiber” You Tube videos and you’ll be 10x better off helping your eczema than this nonsense.

The author has no education in this field and no right to use such a title. Sadly, he does eventual touch on a better healthy diet, but I’m throwing the baby out with bath water with this one. I’ll get dietary info and science from someone with a PhD.

Excellent, empowering information!

This book takes a critical look at the medical industry and broadens your perspective if you allow it. You’re not going to get a simple solution to eczema or psoriasis (because there isn’t one) but you are going to be armed with a lot of information to create a healthy life and body from which eczema will not exist. This was 1000 times more helpful than my dermatologist. Even if you don’t have eczema, this book is packed with information on how to create a healthy, non-toxic internal and external environment from which you can thrive. This book eased my fears and gave me a sense of relief about my awful eczema by teaching me 1. my body is not attacking itself for no reason and 2. I can heal myself through diet and lifestyle changes without steroids or other toxic medications.

Others have said it’s a conspiracy theory but listen and decide for yourself. To me, everything in this book made sense and rang true. It puts your health in your own hands in a safe and natural way.

Is it a perfect book with no faults? No.

Will it arm you with powerful information you can’t find in the mainstream medical community? Definitely.

Am I glad I read it? Hell yes!

Do I recommend it? Absolutely, 100%

The title is deceiving

There is no information about curing eczema, but hours of information how PHARMA is killing us.

Mind blowing, jaw dropping , different authors are talking about the same thing but I never relate it with my eczema. Thanks camron

Worth Reading

There are certainly a lot correlations presented as causation, which my logic didn't buy. However, there is a lot salvageable here that can help everyone pursue a more conscious and healthier lifestyle.

Very thorough. Best read in years!

This book is so thorough, much more than I anticipated! It was so educational that it inspired me to continue pursuing my naturopathic medicine career.
