Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Listening to this book was time well spent, because I learned I don't want to do the ketogenic diet. I am interested in the ketosis state. I'm sticking with my intermittent fasting.

The Keto Reset Diet is intelligently written but easy to understand, with just the right amount of proven science to validate the information. The delicious recipes are a bonus!
This book has some great recipes. Some of them I already know, but there are enough new ones that I got to try. This book has a wonderful start about keto recipes, there are also given benefits which really attracted me to purchase this book.
