Sound nutritional info - and recipes
This is a very powerful book. The recipes are sound nutrition, and are delicious. You can eat clean without boredom. I'm going to make all the meals in the book on a regular basis. I am so impressed.

Exactly what the title suggests
It has a brief summary of why you should eat clean and then the majority of the book is just a list of recipes of foods to eat. Which seasons best to eat certain foods and what the value of each food. Do not expect to hear a great sounding narration , I don't think this can be read with a voice that doesn't sound monotoned and forced. The narrator isn't bad just the book sounds like it's read like a shopping list.
