EXCELLENT Book! But too short...
Both are equally good. Reason: while traveling and unable to hold a book to read is a wonderful listening and learning experience and when in a cozy environment i would like to have the actual book and read it. I love reading and audio listening. :)
The narrator began started with some in-depth history of RAW Diets and the many types which some I was aware of and some I was not. There is more information on RAW Eating and I am sure they tried their best to input some details in the book. Would have loved if in this book they would have elaborated even more on our those ancient years of RAW eating, of famous people who were RAW food eaters and their beliefs and its Healing and health correlation to many human ailments then moving forward to the present.Nonetheless, overall I simply love this book and I have downloaded and always will go back to it for references and re-enlightenment! Thank you will be part always of my Audio Book library selections and highly recommend to many who are interested in getting their feet wet in the path to RAW eating. I am a Professional Vegan Chef, Holistic Nutritionist/Health Coach/Food Educator and as such is my Lifestyle and beliefs. This book here filled in some information gaps that I was unaware of as I am a Vegan Raw.. and there is so much to this lifestyle then what so many erred beliefs. Thank you for placing that stone for many to read so they can be properly informed, edified and enlighten. Please know that I rated Story a * * * *4 STARS because I found the story short not for its content Thank you * * * * * 5 STARS if there were any higher I would give them. J
The history which was short and just a book like if I was actively engaged in a friendly learning conversation. I actually visualized Pythagoras and Hippocrates ass RAW foodist and the groups. Very enlightening, the reader actually was able to transport me there.
not really i wanted to come back to it and listen to it again then hoping for more new information. Although listening to it again are reminders.
if they can write volume 2 on this topic would absolutely be wonderful and very well received.
