It helps me a lot!

There are a lot of recipes in this great book on how to loose weight - I loved that you really need to have your coffee in the morning, as I am addicted and could never give it up. The coconut oil and butter that you should add to the coffee gives it a great taste, fills you up and makes you not want to eat for quite a while after. All the recipes are very easy to follow and to make.
I highly recommend the book to anyone - not only for loosing weight but also for health.

Awesome diet guide!

I am so excited to try this bulletproof diet. I have learned about this book from my sister who is also using this book. I am so thankful she found this book and introduced it to me. This book is additional to my collection of recipes and so far I so love it and I am very excited to try all recipes. From drinks to different kinds of food. It is very comprehensive and the procedure of each recipe is very easy to follow. Looking forward for more kinds of recipe book.
