There are a lot of recipes in this great book on how to loose weight - I loved that you really need to have your coffee in the morning, as I am addicted and could never give it up. The coconut oil and butter that you should add to the coffee gives it a great taste, fills you up and makes you not want to eat for quite a while after. All the recipes are very easy to follow and to make.
I highly recommend the book to anyone - not only for loosing weight but also for health.
