Missing Important Info

What disappointed you about The BIG Book on Bariatric Surgery: Living Your Best Life After Weight Loss Surgery?

My main and only complaint is that the download companion pdf is not available for this book through audible. It is very frustrating that the author refers to the guide throughout the book and I am not able to follow along. The information in the book is awesome and would be so much more help and practical if the download were available.
