This book will empower you to make critical change

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change. The book is loaded with information about inflammation, it's effects on the body, and how food can be used as a way to help alleviate the effects. Meal plans is so simple to implement. And easy to read! It's not loaded with jargon, but just easy to understand info.
