Jump the Shark a few times
Yup- way to much time was spent explaining how to do certain exercises. This does not play out well for an audiobook. Found myself fast forwarding
He should add a link to go online to review the exercises and left them out of the audibook.
I liked hearing his personal experiences and story. The very beginning of the book when he discusses his own personal health issues was pretty touching and heartfelt.
Parts of it yes. When discussing fat burn, nutrition, metabolism, food choices etc. All great information. I just had a hard time when so much time was spent on exercise- it just doesn't hold your attention.
Book has lots of great advice and if anyone is looking to lose weight I am sure they can if they follow the program.
