Good Book, Not so good Narration

Ok, I liked the book and it had some very good recommendations on running. If you are a runner, I recommend it. However the Author narrated it and I can maybe understand why, being a short book and all. He is not a good narrator though, and if this had been a longer book I could not have dealt with him that much longer.
