Simple and objective!!!

Oh my! Can’t believe this diet is so simple and it’s not a hype! Although I’d have to say that one will need time to adjust. However, for me, I believe I can work this out as I’ve got it all planned. Thanks to this descriptive and objective 5:2 diet book. Now it’s for you to decide.

Very monotonous. Half the book is reading recipes.

if you're looking for a good sleep aid this is it. The first three chapters are somewhat helpful the next two are repetitious the last four are horrible.
