I can recommend this challenge to everyone! My self discipline is non existent, so I initially didn't intend to do the challenge, just listen to it as inspiration. However, the author has taken into account that developing new habits is a gradual process and instead of 21 full days of clean eating (which I feared), each new day actually builds upon the previous one. Every day gives you a small and realistic task, it was actually fun :) For me a few healthy habits have become part of my daily routine, others didn't stick. Yet! I plan to do the challenge once again after my birthday next week.

I found this book easy to listen to and entertaining. The book is not too long so you should be able to get through it quickly - or take your time with each chapter to get the most out of the author's advice. Listen to a chapter and let it marinate in your mind before moving on. I liked Francie Wyck's style of narration. Very nice series.
