Great Quick Read!

This book was done in less than 40 minutes. It gave me the main take aways and helped me decide to continue to learn about “the obesity code” and intermittent fasting.

Don’t waste your money.

The topic of intermittent fasting was literally the last 3 sentences of the performance. That’s it.
