First of all, I have a lot of experience with Law of Attraction and with Hypnosis.I wasn't expecting this to work and more than comparable recordings, but it did. I was very thin until age 25 (34 now), and then some major blows to my self-esteem provoked addictive and emotional eating. I only gained about 15 pounds, but for almost 10 years, I was walking around in what felt someone else's body. I tried diets, non-diets, and psychotherapy to no avail.
I downloaded this the day before Thanksgiving (November 23rd), my last binge was December 8th (15 days into the program), and since then, I've lost 6 pounds and am starting to look like my old self. It's shocking. Yes, I'm eating less and exercising more, but the point is, I don't sabotage myself anymore. In the recording, he tells listeners they DESERVE to have a slim body, and that's how I feel now. The conflict is gone. One great thing - - the recording is quick! Only about 10 minutes, totally doable.He says it takes 21 days to take effect, and that was pretty much exactly spot-on for me. I think the secret is the the Ho'oponopono, especially when he guides you to a place of gratitude. I downloaded the Confidence and Soul Mate audio... this month Confidence, next month Soul Mate. I'll review those once I've given them time to marinate. HIGHLY recommended. I want to learn more about this man, he's totally on to something.

If you could sum up Subattraction Weight Loss in three words, what would they be?
I have tried the subliminal message-sounds recordings before, but they never worked. And I find the Law of Attraction interesting and making sense...but I've struggled to see results there too. But I knew I was on the right track to finding what works best for me.
But honestly I did not think thought that Subattraction would be it. What a surprise.
I've struggled with an eating disorder most of my life. Spent a couple of years in therapy and made great progress. But I just could NOT overcome the 20+ year habit of binge eating. So when I started listening to Subattraction, I didn't think it would work. But I liked the principles it taught and started playing it at night as I slept and then when I would be waking up, I'd do the meditation. And I kept my mind open, like Craig says.
Right away I felt my mood and dreams become more positive (which in itself was worth spending 1 credit!). Then after 18 days into listening...something just suddenly shifted in me. I stopped craving binging foods...even when I'm stressed! I literally walked into my favorite chocolate shop on a very stressful day, took time to look around, and did not want anything...so I left! That's never happened before. Consciously I was going through my normal habits of dealing with my stress, but my subconscious/spirit had actually changed!
I did try to splurge one night on some take out, and my stomach actually felt sick (it wasn't food poisoning or etc).
It's bizarre to even share this story...because I'm not some ethereal spiritualist or anything (I'm a highly sensitive person, but very practical). I guess I just found what works for me. Now I'm concentrating on listening to what my gut tells me to do about my eating!
In the last week due to cutting down on food and drinking more water...I've lost 5 pounds. I will continue to take this new journey day-by-day...and keep listening to Subattraction!

Every day I listen to it, something new moves me. I hear something new.

I don't think this book is going to impact everyone the same way, but I think for the way my heart and mind is set up...this book really works. Wow!

I don't, as a rule leave reviews unless something is especially good. I'm a bit of a believer in 'if you can't say something nice...', but.... OMG this is worth the effort if it saves another poor soul a waste of a credit. This audio book is basically a quarter hour sales pitch for a website and another book and ten mins of counting backwards with lots of self deprecation and some one doing a thunder effect, very poorly with what sounds like thin sheet of metal. I use meditation, nlp, hypnosis and self help cds now and then, but this had to be the worst I have ever come across. I think the initial five star rating must have been an error or something not quote right, as I would challenge anyone to find anything good about this audiobook. To summarize, useless, annoying, a pure waste of time and money and should be removed from the site immediately.
