VERY HELPFUL INFORMATION

What other book might you compare Strength Training for Children to and why?

A bodybuilding book for beginners.

What about Trevor Clinger’s performance did you like?

I liked how he spoke slow and articulated his words properly so that me and m y children could both understand what he was saying.

Very useful for helping my kids in sports!

I have always been looking for a solid audiobook guide that would teach my kids the right methods of training. This personal trainer does a great job in describing exercises and workouts that will help make your children stronger and faster!
