Great insight!

Very easy to listen to. Great tips for begginers and even weight lifters with some time under their belt. I have been doing HIIT for 6 months now, but this book has me thinking hard on going back to the gym to train the right way...and build some muscle for good.

Great content

This is the 5th book by Marc that I've listened too, and again it's a brilliant listen, as always Marc is honest and gives real life examples and encouragement and as always I've learnt something, can't praise Marc's style enough. Would highly recommend this book
