Would you consider the audio edition of Sprinting for Weight Loss to be better than the print version?

The information was really good. Most is common sense but then the author gives more science behind it making it more understandable.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Andrew J. Cornelius?
Yes, although his narration sounded like a boring science lecture. Andrew sound more natural you have a great voice. However, the type of book might of made it hard to narrate.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Please don't make this a film. Perhaps a Metabolism info episode.

This book gives some great suggestions. I will be taking some things away from the book and implementing them in my life. I was able to create a quick meal plan for the month, get more motivation and some great advice.
