If you have a health problem, particularly your heart, you have got to read this book. Turn back time if you make the commitment and follow through. You can be a healthier you. You can live healthy and be healthy without starving yourself or being on some ultra regimented diet/exercise program. Down to earth, realistic and doable.

This South Beach diet is very recommendable.

My wife, who is not on a diet, has been enjoying these recipes as well. And I'm glad that there's a wonderful variety of recipes in here. The recipes are simple and easy to fix. I like how each recipe is clearly marked to indicate the corresponding phase. This South Beach diet is very recommendable. This book is an extraordinary guide. The following stride is to proceed with the eating routine and complete it the stages traverse stage one and realize what nourishment you can bring once again into eating regimen. I have delighted in this book.
