Lacking in areas

It was short and simple but there were areas that I feel would have been better understood with more detail and clarity. Especially about fasting. Is that a daily thing we should do? Weekly? He just said in times of fasting,not very clear. It was good, but not great for introductory keto.

Perfect book...
