I like this book. It gives a lot of information about the HCG diet and the protocol to properly implement the diet. I plan to read other publications just to do a little more research prior to starting the diet. This was a good introduction and answers a lot of questions. I have used this book like a textbook. I've taken notes and use the information to create a plan to successfully implement the diet protocol.
