What a great book for mental preparation!

I love this guide on how to prepare mentality for working out. A lot of people need to realize that going to the gym and following a proper diet regimen is all mental. If you can get over the mental bridge you can do anything.

Awesome tips for gym mentality!

Your mental state in the gym is so important! This audiobook did a great job at explaining why it is. I learned a lot from this book as a former bodybuilder! Great advice, I highly recommend!
