This audiobook has also some conventional ideas, such as cutting carbs and calories, (although it details exactly how many carbs you should eat) but it also has some pretty interesting ideas on related topics such as how to rid yourself of cravings, boost your self-control, and others. I'd recommend this audiobook for any dieter looking for creative ideas on how to exercise and lose weight effectively.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This is an absolutely incredible program. While most weight loss programs and books are basically the same stuff just presented differently (for example, most weight loss programs just want you to eat less calories and more vegetables. Weight watchers gives you points, with the high calories being high in points, so you're left eating a lot of vegetables. The Alkaline diet, the same thing; they say eat 80% alkaline, meaning vegetables. The Whole food diet, the same. And so on.) However this book is indeed unique. While it does advocate eating more vegetables, it gives you all sorts of extremely helpful techniques to help you break addictions, boost your metabolism, and so much more. As you might be able to tell from my review, I am indeed very enthusiastic about this audiobook because it's not just a breath of fresh air, it really works! I've already lost a good twenty pounds and its been easy and even fun! Sincerely.
