This author nails it. The book can be a bit cheesy at times, but it's message is loud and clear. Have a good relationship with food and yourself and everything falls into place. It sounds so easy but it's true, and it's changed my life.
I've read many other books Including Intuitive Eating, 50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food, etc. All are great books as well!
I love this book because the authors voice is so kind and loving. Throughout listening to this book I found myself adopting the same loving voice towards myself.
Would definitely recommend If you are an emotional eater and are done with stupid diets!
