Thrive as nature intended!

Would you consider the audio edition of Paleo from A to Z to be better than the print version?

This is an ideal compliment to the print version, but I feel this allows you to absorbe the information easier. For example on my commute to work, this is ideal material to listen to - with a great English accent.

What does Guy Bethell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Great narrative.

Any additional comments?

A great way to explore the Paleo lifestyle in a plain, easy going manner.

Paleo Smarter, Not Harder

Would you listen to Paleo from A to Z again? Why?

There is so much information it is impossible to absorb all at once. I would listen to this over and over when I need a refresher.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Paleo from A to Z?

Discovering entries I couldn't remember from the actual paperback book!

What does Guy Bethell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I would rather have heard Darryl Edwards, but Guy's voice is very pleasant and easy to understand. Experiencing the English accent is much better than reading!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
