Give and Take Here
This audio book on Paleo started out quite good. There are some helpful tips and an overview. However, a big chunk of the book is lists and recipes, which really don't work well in audio format. Kudos to the narrator for getting through it, despite a couple mispronounced words. The narration did not get a 4 or 5 rating because (I assume it was he) of the misplaced bit of audio from an entirely different book about 2/3 of the way through chapter 6. Its not just a couple minutes or a small glitch. It goes on to the end of Ch 6. If it were only obviously added in it wouldn't be so bad, but I have no idea how much of the actual book is missing, if any. I am returning this book, but will probably buy the text.
