Great information for preparing healthier food
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
It's a great book with information on how to cook Paleo slow cooker food. Paleo is basically unprocessed food (like canned food). The chapters of this audio book are easy to listen to and inspire you with ideas of what food is acceptable for eating Paleo. The author claims you will feel more energy and feel happier when you stop eating processed foods.
What did you like best about this story?
The list of foods that are all natural and unprocessed that can make such amazing meals. Just hearing the list of fruits and veggies, nuts, meat and so on make you visualize this organic food.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I'm sure someone could, I decided to listen to it a little bit at a time. It's barely over 2 hours long.

Super easy paleo recipes!

I have 5 paleo cookbooks and about 50+ cookbooks total, and this is a great addition to my arsenal. I owned the book for four weeks before I started making recipes, but now I use it many times a week. I have prepared many of the meals from the cookbook and they have turned out tasting great, and what's even better is that my kids LOVE everything I have cooked. Recipes are easy and the ingredients are pretty simple. Every recipe is very well explained so a reader doesn't have to fill in the blanks. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat healthier.
