Not as good as I had hoped. Ages 16 and up!
It is good to educate younger girls on how to eat and live Paleo so I was excited when this book came out. I got this audio for my daughters ages 11 and 9 but upon listening to it I have decided to get a refund from Audible. Leslie is probably not the best reader for this book; maybe kids like to hear an adult speak like a 12 year old (to sound more on their level) but I was not impressed. Also, I was surprised that for a book FOR GIRLS about nutrition, fitness, and having a positive body image, to hear information on boys growing pubic hair and having erections. What a letdown; I will not be recommending this book to friends.
