Great book for a great start!
Choosing what's the right food to eat, start a healthy diet, and really stick to it. It would definitely guide you to choose the right kind of milk, bread, meat, seafood, vegetables, oils, fruits, and all.
The recipe part. I never thought that I can eat delicious food while on a diet.
This book is very encouraging. You’d really want to get rid of all the unhealthy foods you’ve been eating, and start a great diet. It's always very challenging but, this book really has a lot to offer, and help you to achieve a healthy diet.
I really love this book. It has wonderful recipes that other diet books don't have. All the amazing recipes would help you lose weight, and give you the energy that you needed. Also, it tells you what kind of food you have to avoid. One thing that I love about this book is, it explains all the diet myths. So now I definitely understand all of them. Thanks to this book.

Yes! I found wonderful recipes that sound so good and I can't wait to try, I would love to have a friend try them at the same time and we can compare pictures and how our families liked the recipe.
I really enjoyed the recipe for pancakes with raspberry topping. Less sugar and fat and instead of syrup raspberry sauce.
I was encouraged by so many recipes that sound so delicious. I can't wait to try a handful of them. While you are listening to the book you are creating this visual image of what the food looks like and might taste like.
