It was properly explained by the narrator whose voice is pleasing to my ears. I take note of the lists of safe foods to consume and those that are not. Now, I have a long lists of foods to remember.Since I want to lose weight, following this guide would be safer. I would know that because my friend used this method and she lose weight before her wedding. I always keep in mind to eat with the safe foods under Paleo standard with right moderation.
