This has some great recipes. A great little book with just what I need! Going wheat-free has been tough especially when it comes to bread and crackers! This book gives some select recipes for exactly that without long lists of ingredients. it is informative diet book
The books is very clear and straight forward. It starts with an intro explaining the concepts, then a list of what to do and what not to do, what to eat or not to eat. If you stop there, you might feel like you are going to starve and stop eating everything you enjoy,
