Highly recommend as a hypothyroid patient!!!

If you could sum up Painless Thyroid Diet Recipes For Lazy People in three words, what would they be?

This book takes all types of thyroid patients into consideration. I recommend this audiobook to those who are suffering from any thyroid condition.

What about Trevor Clinger’s performance did you like?

He was slow, clear, and concise so I could follow along while cooking!

Great recipes for hyper / hypothyroidism!

I have hypothyroidism, and this audiobook provided tons of great recipes. I prefer the audio edition because I can listen to while cooking. This eliminates the need to constantly look at the recipe book, and then switch back to cooking constantly. Really helpful!
