These are the best Paleo recipes I have ever found

I do a lot of cross training and follow a strict Paleo diet. This book did an amazing job at provided delicious recipes that I could eat every week. This audiobook works great for meal prepping too!

Perfect recipe book for me and my crossfit friends

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I would recommend it to all my gym friends who I workout with on almost a daily basis. This book has a lot of cool stuff in regards to Paleo. I liked this book from beginning to end.
