This book gives you great info on the low carb lifestyle with some delicious recipes that I must try! I love to cook! I like the info in this book about the low carb diet in general....although I do not agree with going low carb as a diet choice for everyone...I do enjoy a healthy recipe...and these recipes use lots of spices and are quick to prepare...I will have to take notes on a re-listen where certain recipes are so I can easily relocate them....but I very much enjoyed the info in this book...and the narration was pleasant and clear! Good Cook Book!!!!
