The book goes into detail about how to eat right. This is not just a diet but a way to change your life through eating healthy. I don't need to lose 30 pounds but this is good for everyone who wants to eat well and improve the health of your body. Very well writtten. The only thing that would make this audiobook better would be a pdf that is printable to take with me to the grocery store.
