Great content

Probably better as a paper book rather than audio so you can do the exercises and re refer to helpful points. The reading is a little condescending at times and stories a little contrived but I found it great for reframing my approach to exercise

The accent isn't so bad!!

Any additional comments?

I almost passed up the audio version due to the comments about the accent of the narrator. I didn't find it to be a problem at all, and I'm from NC - so I'm usually sensitive to strong accents from the north! I found the narrator to have a mild accent that made her voice more interesting than annoying. Really great content, too! I just had to post about the narration.
