This is a mixture of Six Weeks to OMG and The Hardness Factor. You should lift heavy weights, don't eat processed foods, don't drink beer, don't work out too hard. I found the book motivating and he does have you take two pills (D3 and fish oil), but he stresses that most of the pills on the market are a waste of time and money.
Even though I have heard 90% of this before, if I can improve my health, by gaining one bit of information I didn't have before, then the small cost of this book it is worth it.

this was better than expected. natural methods to handle T. and was conscious of clean diet without additives unlike some of the bodybuilding communities.

There's nothing new or innovating in here, other than knowledge easily picked up from magazines and online articles, probably for free. Useful information nonetheless. Like any book in the fitness and nutrition arena, it's always worth studying further to find the best advice that works for you.
