This is a helpful book to make you mindful about your diet. The techniques are really simple and practical to take yourself out of the negativeness. So be mindful and enjoy your diet and life.

I found this to be very basic and not what I thought it would be. I was looking for more interactive meditation and not just narrative instruction.
