This is an amazing cookbook that I don't regret one bit checking out. The book covers why the Mediterranean Diet is great for anyone and what exactly makes it so special. I think I have just spent too long eating cereal that I forgot there are other options. This book is packed with easy to follow recipes using easy to find ingredients. I guess the Mediterranean Diet is not only good for your diet but also gives you an educational experience as well.

A great performance over the whole audio book. have a pleasing quality of voice. Good to listen.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Everything about the help and the benefits that I can have about the diet. It doesn't limit you to have a great and very healthy meal.

Lately I've been on a diet audiobook kick and this one did not disappoint! The author and narrator alike both did a great job at this book, and I was able to learn a lot and put some of the information to use immediately.
