I must admit that I am personally an admirer of the Mediterranean diet, because I love fish and fruits very much. I was also so glad to hear that healthy eating is possible while still including cheese, pasta and bread in your meals.
These audiobooks are a well written, comprehensive, all-you-need-to-know overview of the Mediterranean diet. The huge variety of foods that are allowed is awesome, and the guide for the beginners is very useful and informative. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I really like the carrot sticks and hummus recipe. My husband doesn't really care for carrots. But the hummus made the difference. It's a very healthy snack. I would definitely make it for Thanksgiving, since my in-laws love hummus.
