Have Some Healthy Meals!

This book has become a great guide for me and my family in preparing healthy foods with less cholesterol. The recipes included herein are very easy to follow, and most of them are not time consuming. One thing that's great about this book is that, the author included some information about nutrients that one should have including the foods that one should avoid. A great reference for those who wants to lose some weight and for those who are doing a low-cholesterol diet.

Very helpful book for all of us!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Meal Prep to be better than the print version?

This book is very good..listening makes good than reading because by listening it feels us real.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

All of these recipes were chosen with that simple rule in mind, so take the first step and commit to a clean eating as a healthier lifestyle!

Meal preparing is a new concept for busy cooks to help them plan the week with pre-planned meals and quick access to the ingredients. All recipes in this book are saved with simpler ingredients with easy cooking directions. This book also showed me the equipment i would be needing for meal prep and basic rule that i should follow and how to get started with. I just willing to suggest all of you to read this book everyone.

This book will satisfy your pallet at the same time will satisfy your self with a healthy and fit body.
