This is a great cookbook set on Meal Prep.
All of the things, tips and Quick & Easy Meal Prep Recipes for Weight Loss and Clean Eating that I need to know are already included and well explained inside. The author has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book set.
Also the unique part of this book is the compilations of the “ Quick & Easy Meal Prep Recipes & Practical Tips”. Very informative, healthy and easy to prepare.
This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about Meal Prep.

DON'T FOLLOW RECEIPES!!!
We are so upset. We made the stuffed peppers and it called for a quarter cup of black pepper. We thought it was too much and It was!!!! It really ruined the meal and we had to throw it ask away! It sounds like there are other receipes that are like that in here!

Enlightening and digestible.
Good cookbook for healthy meal and weight loss. Many other cookbooks just focus on ingredients, and calorie counts, but here in this guide author has also took into consideration the time it takes him to prepare meals as well. Thanks for book.
