Oh my gosh!

Since these are the only treadmill workouts to choose from on Audible (about 50 of the same "interesting" person) I thought I'd try it...oh my gosh! The music ~ awful techno pounding and pounding and then this woman!...yea? yea? yea? Made me want to never walk on the treadmill again. I can't get this stuff out of my mind... Audible...please...you can do better than this!
