I thought the book had some interesting facts and tips that are useful for women trying to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight. I enjoyed the chapter sections and the layout of the book as well, it wasn't too slow or too fast, that I credit also to the narrator! Overall, I really enjoyed this read.
I liked the part where they talk about the transitioning of your baby, from infant to toddler and how it also takes time for your body to transition.
I thought the read was clear and concise.
