Finally! A realistic approach to losing weight

Finally! A realistic, healthy and doable approach to losing weight!
I love EVERYTHING about this audio book. The Author's voice is wonderful: soothing, encouraging, gentle. The whole outlook is gentle. I've spent so many years bereaving myself for being fat, negative self talk, diets that work only to fail the minute I'm off them, lots of self hatred in me. This book completely opened my eyes! It gave me the tools I needed to safely, gently and permanently change the way I interact with food, how I view exercise ("gentle movement"), and why I behave the way I do. I have lost 6 lbs (in 2 weeks) without even really trying, and my whole attitude about myself, food and life has changed forever. Thank you so much Katrina.

Finally I feel as if I have found the right advice. Katrina teaches you to nourish your body, move in ways that feel good, be mindful and address underlying emotional issues. This is the recipe for lasting physical and mental health!
