What would have made Lose Weight Without Dieting or Working Out better?
Different narrator - Janina Edwards sounds awful and it's a slow pace.
What could J. J. Smith have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Definitely this book needed much more research. Most information seems very superficial and not well researched - there is no 'why' or 'how' answers - just the 'what'. It seems to me like the author read a few good books on the subject and compiled a superficial review of all information relevant to the average woman with little if no knowledge about weight-gain/loss and control. I found some information to be right down incorrect, heavily relying on the mainstream health myths spread by the food industry.
