this is a crazy book. this diet work some only for week one. i have been doind everything to the T and in the second week nothing happens. after we eat all this food you are the same. also is very very stressfull to follow the book. in one place she said for example eat this food+that food+fruit+wherever. and next page she had and example and just writte tunad salad. so you dont know if eat the tuna salad or everithing in that phase wich is 1 grain +1 healthy fat+1protein+fruit. you see the difference all phases pf the diet are in that way. in the map she writte one thing and on the food map she eat anither completely different. she does mention that she is expert in animal like horses but realy not in people.
I am looking forward to starting this new way of eating to wake up my metabolism. Simple instructions easy to follow and the best part is that you can eat. Great book.
