Not the first book you need on Kettlebells.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I'm a certified Kettlebell Instructor, and the information in this benefited me because I listen to find gaps in my knowledge. The workouts talked about in this book are way to hard for a beginner. Also they are way to complicated.

No. I think the author exhausted his knowledge in this book.
