Although I was skeptical at first on the effectiveness of kettlebell training, I was quickly blown away by the information once I started reading. This book provides step by step guide on how to use kettlebells as part of training for muscle gain and fat loss. I particularly like the part where common mistakes are shared in the book. It is also explained carefully how a beginner can progress into more advanced workouts.
If you are looking for a quick instruction book to get into shape, this is probably a good book for it. I can not recommend this book enough!

Would you listen to Kettlebell again? Why?
This book is great I have listened to it a few times now and plan to listen to it again.
What other book might you compare Kettlebell to and why?
Very informative and I look forward to reading the rest of the book. I work out 6 days a week and getting rid of that last bit of fat on the belly is a challenge.
What about Kevin Theis’s performance did you like?
I haven't listened to any of Kevin Theis’ performance but he's my favorite narrator thus far.

This is the best fat loss book I ever read. You will never need fear going on a diet. Tom tells you step by step how to lose fat. Best of all no gimmicks or trying to sell you something. I really enjoyed listening this book the first time around. It's great to see the updated information again. Thanks for updating such a fantastic and informative book.
