Listening to a cookbook is better than reading

I was given this audiobook in exchange for an honest review and because I am interested in this diet.

I have read other book pertaining to the Ketogenic diet and I have found all of them interesting. This book is different because I can cook and listening so I know that I am following the steps correctly. I am glad that there is an audiobook version of these cookbooks because it is easier to follow than reading.

I had an issue with the narration. Instead of a person it sounded as though a computer was narrating. I do not know if that was intention or if the recording ended it making the narrator sound as such but it was very off putting. I do not know what happened and it was very annoying.

The recipes were great and that is always a good thing when it comes to recipes and learning how to cook.

I have loved every single recipe so far!

This cookbook did a great job at providing simple recipes that are easy on the wallet. I really appreciated the tips and tricks this recipe book gave. These recipes are the most tastiest Ketogenic recipes I have found on this site!
