Highly recommend for first-time Keto dieters!

I found this audiobook to be a great benefit to my understanding of the Ketogenic diet. I learned that I was actually missing out on some information about the Ketogenic diet after listening to this audiobook. Thanks for filling the empty voids in my knowledge of the Keto diet.

Clean and healthy recipes!

All of the recipes in this audiobook were absolutely amazing. I would consider this recipe audiobook to be a staple in following the Ketogenic diet. Thanks for all the easy to make recipes, they were absolutely delicious!
