To have a recipe read it totally hopeless.
Also the section with different kind of food and there content read up......is really not suitable for an audio book.

The Ketogenic Diet has seriously changed my life for the better! Changing the way I eat has changed the way I feel both physically and emotionally. I have more energy then I have ever had and look ten years younger! This book cover everything you need to know to get started on your diet and new way of eating.
