Good introduction

This is a good introduction for people wanting the basics of the ketogenic diet. Inexpensive and a quick listen. It includes a selection of recipes so if those are important to you you’ll want to be ready to take notes or consider purchasing a hard copy.

Very informative!

This was a very good explanation of the Keto Diet and I will be trying some of the recipes. I thought the narrator was good and not to fast which I appreciated.

excellent book

I really enjoyed the fact there was such a cultural diversity of recipes. I was then surprised to see the variety of recipes - breakfast, appetizers, veggies and dinners! I have been looking to add to healthy weekday meals and this really fits the bill.

The ketogenic diet is a great way to lose weight while enjoying foods that are typically not allowed on traditional diets. However, finding ways to prepare the foods can require a bit of creativity. This cookbook helps keto dieters find new ways to prepare foods that keep them on track with the keto lifestyle, while making food prep easy and a time saver

highly recommended

Great Keto slow cooker cookbook! Delicious recipes, truly keto with nutrients listed. Some recipes require precooking onions, garlic etc but I just throw them in and it comes out great. Highly recommend!
